Ortho Movement Powergel Insole is a full-length gel insole for daily use, training and work that provides shock absorption, pressure relief and support. A dynamic gel system, arch support and an anatomical heel cup are designed to support the natural function of the foot, and you can trim the insole to fit your shoe.

How to use

1. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes.
2. Place the Powergel Insoles in the shoes and check the size.
3. If needed, cut along the size marks. Use the original insole as a template.
4. Increase use gradually.

Care and lifespan

Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap and let air dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash and do not expose to high temperatures. Replace the insoles after 6-12 months or when they show signs of wear.

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.
