Ortho Movement Sneaker Insole is an everyday insole for sneakers that adds comfort, stability, shock absorption and support for work, city walks and evenings out. It combines premium memory foam and a smooth microfibre top cover with arch support, an anatomic heel cup and an extra shock absorbing heel zone.

How to use

1. Remove the original insoles from your sneakers.
2. Place the Sneaker Insole in your sneakers and check that the size is right.
3. If needed, trim along the edge with scissors. Use the original insole as a template.
4. Increase use gradually, since your body may need time to adjust to new load patterns.

Care and lifespan

The insoles do not tolerate high temperatures. Clean them with lukewarm water and soap and let them dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash. Replace the insoles after 6-12 months or when they show signs of wear.

Does it feel good without socks?
Yes. The microfibre top cover is made to feel smooth also when you wear the shoe barefoot.

Can I trim the Sneaker Insole to fit my shoes?

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.
