Ortho Movement Powergel Toe Spreader is a soft TPE gel toe spreader that separates the toes, reduces pressure and helps improve toe alignment. It can add comfort during long periods of standing or activity, and with regular use it may support a more natural foot position. Wear it barefoot or in loose-fitting shoes.

How to use
- Wash and dry your feet. Check that the toe spreaders are not damaged or worn.
- Place the toe spreader between the toes from underneath and adjust it until it sits comfortably.
- Start with short periods of 15-30 minutes and increase the time gradually.
- Stop using it if discomfort occurs.
Tip: combine use with foot exercises.
Care
Remove the toe spreaders, wash them with soap and water and let them air dry. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
