How to use

1. Remove the shoe's existing insole if needed.
2. Place the heel cup in the heel area of the shoe and check the fit.
3. The self-adhesive surface keeps it in place.
4. Always use as a pair.
5. Increase usage time gradually so the foot can adapt. Slight discomfort may occur at first.

Care

Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap and let air dry completely. Do not machine wash and do not expose to high temperatures. Cleaning helps restore the adhesive grip.
