Cooler Warmer: Reusable hot and cold pack
Ortho Movement Cooler Warmer is a reusable hot and cold pack for home, training and everyday use that cools or warms parts of the body as needed. Chill it in the freezer or heat it in the microwave or in boiling water, then apply it to the desired area for up to 30 minutes at a time.

How to use for cooling
- Place the pack in the freezer (-18 °C) for about 1.5 hours before use.
- Put a dry towel or similar between the pack and the skin. Never place the pack directly on the skin.
- Apply to the desired area for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time.
