Ortho Movement Powergel Heel Pad is a gel heel pad for everyday wear that supports the heel with cushioning, stability and pressure relief. An anatomical heel cup, a stabilising heel curve and an extra cushioned zone under the heel work together, and a self-adhesive surface keeps the pad in place in the shoe.

How to use
- Remove the shoe's existing insole if needed.
- Place the heel pad in the heel area of the shoe and check the position and fit.
- The self-adhesive surface keeps the pad in place.
- Always use as a pair.
- Increase usage time gradually. Some minor discomfort may occur at first while the foot adapts.
Care
Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap and let air dry completely before reuse. Do not machine wash and avoid high temperatures. Cleaning helps restore the adhesive grip.

How does the heel pad stay in place?
