Ortho Movement Standard Insole Sport is a replacement insole for sport shoes, for when the original insoles become worn, loose or start to smell. Lightweight polyethylene in one density provides shock absorption, with an extra shock absorbing zone under the heel, and the top cover minimizes the risk of chafing and blisters.

How to use

1. Remove the original insoles from your sport shoes.
2. Place the Standard Insole Sport in your sport shoes and check that the size is right.
3. If needed, trim along the edge with scissors. Use your original insole as a template.

Care and lifespan

Clean by hand with lukewarm water and soap and let dry at room temperature. The insoles do not tolerate high temperatures and should not be machine washed. Replace them when they show signs of wear.

What is the difference between Standard Insole Sport and Standard Insole Running?
Sport has shock absorbing polyethylene with a heel zone. Running also adds light arch support, a light anatomical heel cup and a microfiber top cover.

EU 35-46 in double sizes: 35-36, 37-38, 39-40, 41-42, 43-44 and 45-46. Pick the size that covers your shoe size and trim if needed.

Can I machine wash the insoles?
No. Clean them by hand with lukewarm water and soap and let them dry at room temperature.

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.
