Ortho Movement Standard Insole Running is a replacement insole for running shoes with light arch support, a light anatomical heel cup and an extra heel zone pad. Shock absorbing polyethylene cushions each step, and a smooth microfiber top cover minimizes the risk of chafing and blisters.

How to use
- Remove the original insoles from your running shoes.
- Place the Standard Insole Running in your running shoes and check that the size is right.
- If needed, trim along the edge with scissors. Use your original insole as a template.
Care and lifespan
Clean by hand with lukewarm water and soap and let dry at room temperature. The insoles do not tolerate high temperatures and should not be machine washed. Replace them when they show signs of wear.
