3/4 Insole
Ortho Movement Powergel 3/4 Insole is a three-quarter-length gel insole for shoes with a snug fit, giving shock absorption, arch support and an anatomical heel cup without taking up the whole shoe. The open forefoot leaves more room for the toes and improves ventilation, which helps keep feet cooler and drier.

How to use
- Remove the existing insoles from your shoes.
- Place the Powergel 3/4 Insoles in the shoes and check the size.
- Trim with scissors if needed.
- Increase use gradually, as your body may experience new load patterns.
Care and lifespan
Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap and let air dry. The insole does not tolerate high temperatures and should not be machine washed. Replace after 6-12 months or when it shows signs of wear.

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.
In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.
Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.
