How to use
- Push the old stud out of the rubber cleat.
- Insert a new stud into the hole.
- Make sure the metal spike points down towards the ground, not up towards the shoe.
- Press the stud firmly into the rubber.
Care and lifespan
Check your ice studs regularly and replace worn or missing studs as needed. Use the ice studs only on snow and ice: they can be slippery on metal grates, indoor floors and smooth stone.
