Junior Insoles
Ortho Movement Junior Insole is an insole for children and young teenagers that gives growing feet support, relief and shock absorption in everyday shoes and sports shoes. Children's feet are softer and more flexible than adult feet, especially the heel, so the insole combines an anatomic heel cup with an extra shock absorbing heel zone.
Suitable for
- Children and young teenagers
- School, play and everyday use
- Kids who are active in sports
Features
- Microfibre top cover: a smooth feel when walking and less risk of chafing and blisters.
- Medial arch support: the longitudinal support is shaped to fit as many children's and young teenagers' feet as possible.
- Anatomic heel cup: distributes pressure under the heel and supports the heel's natural fat pad.
- Shock absorbing and stabilizing: E.V.A material gives a combination of extra support and shock absorption.
- Shock absorbing zone: an extra zone under the heel reduces impact and protects the heel.
- Dynamic, not stiff: the semi-hard arch support and heel cup give stability in each step while letting the foot work naturally.
- Personalize your insole: cut along the edge to the right size.

- If needed, trim along the edge with scissors. Use the original insole as a template.
- Increase use gradually, since your body may need time to adjust to new load patterns.
Care and lifespan
The insoles do not tolerate high temperatures. Clean them with lukewarm water and soap and let them dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash. Replace the insoles after 6-12 months or when they show signs of wear.
Frequently asked questions
Why should children wear insoles?
Children's heel bones are not yet fully stabilized and hardened, which makes the heel more exposed to impact, especially for kids who play a lot of sport. The anatomic heel cup and the extra heel zone in Junior Insole protect the heel from pressure.
Why does Junior Insole look different from adult insoles?
It is shaped after an average junior foot type. Children's feet are soft and lack rigidity, so the shape differs from an adult insole.
What sizes are available?
Junior Insole comes in EU sizes 32-38 and can be trimmed along the edge for an exact fit.
How long do the Junior Insole insoles last?
Replace them after 6-12 months, or earlier if they show signs of wear.
