Ice Pack
Ortho Movement Ice Pack is an instant cold pack for quick cooling of a body area when no freezer is available. Break the inner water pouch and shake the pack, and the water reacts with urea granules to create a cooling effect that you apply to the desired area for up to 30 minutes.

How to use
- Locate the inner pouch and break it by pressing. You can also strike the Ice Pack against a hard surface.
- Shake well to mix the contents.
- Place a dry towel between the pack and the skin. Never place the pack directly on the skin.
- Apply to the desired area for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Safety
For external use only. Do not puncture the pouch or swallow its contents. If the contents are swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and drink plenty of water. If the contents get on the skin or in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical help if needed.
Care and lifespan
Keep out of reach of children. Do not store below 0 °C or above 45 °C.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.
Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days.
