Ortho Movement Kinesiology Tape 5cm is a stretchy, water-resistant kinesiology tape for active people that is developed to improve sensory input and coordination during activity. Medical grade non-woven fabric and natural latex stick well directly on the skin, and the adhesive lasts 3 to 6 days, also when you shower.

How to use

1. Cut the tape using the cutting marks on the backing. Each piece should be at least 5 lines long.
2. Round the corners so the tape does not peel off.
3. Hold the tape by the backing to keep the adhesive effective.
4. Apply the tape and rub it to activate the adhesive.
5. Keep the tape on when you shower or bathe.

Care and lifespan

The adhesive lasts 3 to 6 days. Discard the tape once it has been removed.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.
