Running Insoles
Ortho Movement Running Insole is an insole for runners, from occasional joggers to competitive runners, that reduces the load on muscles and joints. It is designed after runners' pressure patterns and today's running shoes, with shock absorbing zones, an energy return forefoot, arch barriers and an anatomic heel cup for a more stable stride.
Suitable for
- Running on road, track and treadmill
- Runners who want more stability and shock absorption in the shoe
- Occasional and experienced runners
Features
- Top cover: reduces the risk of chafing and blisters.
- Medial arch support: the shape is based on many foot scans and made to fit as many foot types as possible.
- Anatomic heel cup: distributes pressure under the heel and supports the heel's natural fat pad.
- Dynamic function: grey E.V.A gives support and shock absorption at the same time and reduces rotational forces.
- Focused impact zones: orange zones give the heel, joints and bones extra shock absorption. The forefoot zone is made of an energy return material.
- Arch barriers: three barriers at the two longitudinal arches add stability to every step.
- Personalize your insole: cut along the edge to the right size.

Care and lifespan
The insoles do not tolerate high temperatures. Clean them with lukewarm water and soap and let them dry at room temperature. Do not machine wash. Replace the insoles after 6-12 months or when they show signs of wear.
Frequently asked questions
Why should I use running insoles?
An insole that fills the shoe gives the foot better support and less empty space, which gives a stronger feeling of foot control and stability in the running stride.
How is the Running Insole built?
It has two types of impact material: a more shock absorbing zone at the heel and an energy return zone at the forefoot, combined with arch barriers and an anatomic heel cup.
Can I trim the Running Insole to fit my shoes?
Yes. Cut along the edge with scissors and use your original insole as a template.
How long do the Running Insole insoles last?
Replace them after 6-12 months, or earlier if they show signs of wear.
Can I wash the Running Insole in a washing machine?
No. Clean them by hand with lukewarm water and soap and let them dry at room temperature.
