Need to return a product?

We always hope that our customers get products they love and that fits. But in case something feels wrong or doesn't fit you can always make a return. Just follow the steps below to make it happen.  You have 14 days to return unused products in their original, intact packaging. Not happy with your insoles after trying them? Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered.

1. Email us

Send an email to move@orthomovement.com with your order number, the product(s) you want to return and the reason.

2. Get your free return label

We'll reply with return instructions and a free return label. Return shipping is always free.

3. Pack and send

Pack the product in its original packaging, attach the label and drop it off at your nearest parcel agent. We'll refund you once we've received and checked your return.
