1. Crush the inner pouch by hitting it against a hard surface and shake to evenly distribute and activate the contents.
2. Apply the ICE PACK to the injured area with a towel or elastic bandage to prevent frostbite.
3. Secure it in place with an elastic bandage or Ortho Movements' own Wrap Tape.
4. Elevate the injured body part above heart level and rest.
5. Leave the ICE PACK on the injury for 30 minutes.
