How to Use:

OM Shoe Cleaner:

1. Generously spray the dirty shoe. For suede or nubuck, spray lightly.
2. Scrub with a wet brush for heavy dirt areas; for suede or nubuck, use a dry brush.
3. Wipe off excess solution with a clean microfiber towel, regular towel, or paper, and air dry your shoes.

OM Shoe Odor Protector:

1. Generously spray inside your shoes.
2. Air dry the shoes. Repeat the process for added odor protection.

OM Shoe Protector:

1. Ensure your shoes are clean and dry.
2. Generously spray from 15-20 cm away.
3. Air dry the shoes. Repeat the process for added protection.

OM Premium Shoe Brush:

1. Use the brush to gently lift stubborn marks and stains. Suitable for use with all cleaning solutions included in the kit.

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. 

In connection with your order being sent from Netvisor’s warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address. 

As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). In order for you to feel completely safe with your purchase, OM instead offers a full 30 (30) day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item or a substantial part of it.
