How to Use – Exercises

Arms
Stand on the band with upright posture. Hold the band and curl one arm upward.

Arms & Back
Stand upright, hold the band in front of you, and pull out to the sides with relaxed shoulders.

Core
Lie on your back with bent knees. Hold the band over your knees and press upward while keeping your core stable.

Back
Attach the band to a door handle. Pull arms back with slightly bent knees and a straight, forward-leaning back.

Legs
Tie the band around your foot. Hold the other end and press the leg back with a stable hip and straight back.

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. 

In connection with your order being sent from Netvisor’s warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address.
