APPLICATION

1) Pull the brace up to the knee.
2) The patella cut-out should be cantered on the patella. 3) Place the patella stabilizer right below the kneecap. Tighten the strap.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1) Use this product with care and only for its intended purpose. Do not make any improper changes to the product.
2) If you have questions regarding application, please contact your local reseller.
3) Do not continue using a product that is no longer functional, or that is worn or damaged.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Wash in warm water at 40 °C (104 °F) with similar colours.
2) Stretch product while wet and allow to air dry.
3) Clean the product regularly according to care instructions on the product care label.
4) Fasten all velcro closures.
5) Products with velcro fasteners require occasional dirt/dust removal.

SIZE SELECTION

1) Do the measurements as instructed on the packaging.
2) Determine the size of the support (see size chart).

DISPOSAL

Dispose the product in accordance with national regulations.

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. 

In connection with your order being sent from Netvisor’s warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address. 

As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). In order for you to feel completely safe with your purchase, OM instead offers a full 30 (30) day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item or a substantial part of it.
