Application and Usage:

1. Remove the plastic film and insert the heel spur pad into your shoe, making sure it provides effective relief when walking and standing.
2. Take off the orange dot on the heel you have the heel spur on and keep it on for the foot that does not have the same problem.
3. The pad has a light adhesive surface that prevents it from moving around in your shoe.

Always use Powergel Heel Spur Pads in pairs to relieve both the right and left sides simultaneously.

When you place your order you receive an email where the shipping information will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

In the normal case, the goods are sent to your nearest pickup point. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the serial number is sent to your mobile phone number or email specified when ordering. When picking up a shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.

Normal delivery time is 2 – 5 working days (5 - 8 for Norwegian customers) from when ABG has confirmed your order via e-mail. If the product is included in the order range, the delivery time is 5-10 working days. 

In connection with your order being sent from Netvisor’s warehouse, an email is sent to the specified email address. 

As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). In order for you to feel completely safe with your purchase, OM instead offers a full 30 (30) day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item or a substantial part of it.
