Need to return a product?

We always hope that our customers get products they love and that fits. But in case something feels wrong or doesn't fit you can always make a return. Just follow the steps below to make it happen.

1. Find your order confirmation

Check your email or messages and locate your order confirmation with order number and the email adress you placed the order with.

2. Make a return request

Take the order number together with the email address and paste them into the field in the return form below.

3. Wait for our conformation

The return form will give you a couple of boxes to fill out. This includes if you want to return the product, make an exchange or issue a claim.

4. Print your label

Once you have filled everything out and pressed send you will receive a confirmation email with the return slip to print or scan the QR code at your postal service.

5. Pack your items

Pack your stuff in the box you received the product/s in and paste the return slip over the old one if you choose to print it at home, otherwise scan the QR code at your postal service.

6. Drop it off

You are now ready to drop it off att your nearest parcel agent.
